 Simon Dale
Senior Vice President, Simon Dale is a member of the regional Senior Executive Team of SAP in Asia Pacific Japan. As Senior Vice President, Simon is responsible for driving strategy, regional business development, and sales of integrated solutions for the business user, comprising business intelligence solutions from SAP Business Objects, as well as enterprise information management and performance optimization applications. Based in SAP Asia’s headquarters in Singapore, Simon has worked extensively in major Asia Pacific countries for the last eight years. A veteran of 20 years in the IT industry, Simon holds a BSc in Computing Science from Staffordshire University, UK. Simon’s interests include Golf, Travel, and participating in sprint triathlons. |

 Frank Koo
Managing Director Frank Koo is the Managing Director for Oracle Corporation Singapore. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company’s operations and activities in Singapore, including long-term business development, customer care, as well as government and community relations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Koo was Managing Director for the South Asia Growth Economies, covering Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Mr. Koo has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry, covering business and product management, consulting, marketing, sales and channels management. Country Manager and Head Deep Singhania is the Country Manager for Tata Consultancy Services in Singapore. An Engineering graduate from Mumbai University, Deep is an IT veteran with 17 years of experience, including 15 years in Tata. Deep has very rich global experience of leading businesses in various parts of the world. He was Country Manager for Turkey and then the Head of the Middle East and Far East Asia for Tata Infotech. He also represented the “Gulf Cooperation Council” of CII in India in 2001. IBM Distinguished Engineer Foong Sew Bun was conferred the title of IBM Distinguished Engineer, a recognition reserved for the highest achievements of IBM technical professionals. Sew Bun is also an IBM Certified Senior Consulting IT Architect and Open Group Certified Master IT Architect. Head of South-East Asia & Singapore Decision Management A 14-year veteran with Citibank, Eric has been responsible for transforming the business analytics capabilities of the bank to its current leadership position in the Singapore financial services industry.Recruited into Citibank’s elite Management Associate Program, Eric started his career in marketing and then helped set up the Retail Banking analytics function where he spearheaded Customer Profitability methodologies and sales incentive compensation modeling, and championed many analytical exercises that provided insights into the Retail Banking business.Eric then moved to the Finance division where he headed up the financial analysts team, before returning back to his former business analytics function as the Director of Decision Management for Singapore.
